100% pure and natural magnesium chloride concentrate for internal use. Ingredients: magnesium chloride, water.

Instructions for use: Dissolve 3 doses of the dispenser (0.6 ml) in 100-200 ml of water, use 2-3 times a day, preferably before meals. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Increasing the amount of magnesium ingested can cause diarrhea (typical of saline solutions). Do not use a food supplement as a substitute for a complete and balanced diet.
