Cold-pressed black cumin seed oil [Nigella Sativa (L.)].

Daily dose (2 teaspoons): 100% cold-pressed black cumin seed oil – 10 ml.

Use: for adults: 1 teaspoon (5 ml) 1-2 times a day for 30 minutes before meals.

Restrictions on use: individual intolerance to the components.

Do not exceed the recommended daily dose! Do not use after the expiry date! Store in a dark, cool, out of reach of children! Do not use as a substitute for a complete and balanced diet!
