Ingredients:

Chamomile flower (Matricaria recutita L.) 20%.

Recommended daily dose:

3,0 g herbal tea – 300 ml of brewed herbal tea per day.

Children 6 to 12 years of age – 1,5 g of herbal tea (chamomile flower) -150 ml of brewed herbal tea per day.

Preparation:

3 teaspoon (3,0 g) herbal tea is placed in an enamel bowl, pour 300 ml of hot boiled water, heated in a boiling water bath for 15 minutes, cooled at room temperature, strain the remaining raw squeeze. The volume of the resulting infusion bring boiled water to 300 ml.

The herbal tea should be taken warm, 100 ml 3 times a day before meals.

Children 6-12 years old take 50 ml 3 times a day before meals.Restrictions on use:
Not recommended for use for pregnant and breastfeeding women or children under 6 years of age. Do not use herbal tea components if you are hypersensitive.

Do not use a food supplement as a substitute for a complete and balanced diet. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
