R.O.S. sea buckthorn oil is produced by cold pressing the sea buckthorn seeds and berries, which preserves all the biologically active substances. Sea buckthorn oil contains monounsaturated fatty acids. Sea buckthorn helps to support the immune system and has a beneficial effect on the skin.

1 capsule contains: 0.033 g of linoleic acid (omega-6), 0.033 g of omega-9 monounsaturated fatty acids, 0.104 g of omega-7, and 0.99 mg of carotenoids.

9 capsules contain: 0.297 g linoleic acid (Omega-6), 0.297 g Omega-9 monounsaturated fatty acids, 0.936 g Omega-7 and 8.91 mg carotenoids.

Directions: 3 capsules 3 times a day for adults. Maximum recommended daily dose (9 capsules) contains 2.43 g of sea buckthorn oil.
