R.O.S. Milk thistle seed oil is made using the cold-pressing method, thus preserving all bioactive substances. Milk thistle helps to maintain physiological blood sugar levels. Milk thistle seed oil contains biologically active substances: β-carotene, silymarin and a large amount of unsaturated fatty acids.

1 capsule contains 0.027 mg β-carotene, 0.135 mg vitamin E α-TE (1.1%*) and 5.94 mg silymarin.

12 capsules contain 0.324 mg β-carotene, 1.62 mg vitamin E α-TE (13.5%*) and 71.28 mg silymarin.

Usage: children from 14 years of age and adults take 4 capsules 3 times a day. The maximum recommended daily dose (12 capsules) contains 3.24 g of milk thistle seed oil.
