9 capsules contain 1.026 g of α-linolenic acid (omega-3), 0.306 g of linoleic acid (omega-6) and 0.311 g of monounsaturated fatty acids (omega-9).

Directions: 3 capsules 3 times a day for adults. The maximum recommended daily dose (9 capsules) contains 1.8 g of flaxseed oil.
