Black cumin oil is a source of linoleic acid (Omega 6). Linoleic acid (LA) helps to maintain normal blood cholesterol levels.The beneficial effects are achieved by consuming 10g of LA daily.

Ingredients: cold-pressed Black Cumin Oil (Nigella sativa). Capsule shell – bovine gelatine, water, humectant – glycerol.
