Elpis Almond nut oil, 250ml

Description

The oil is extracted from the seeds of sweet common almonds by cold-pressing, which preserves their original valuable properties, and is recommended for freshwater fish dishes and salads with blue (e.g. Roquefort) cheese. The oil is also used in pastry preparation and is very resistant to oxygen (oxidation), making it suitable for high-temperature processing.
