Description

Corvalolum is a liquid for internal use, which is used as a sedative in case of excitement, insomnia; in case of tachycardia and spasms of the gastrointestinal tract.

Compound: Ethyl alcohol, purified water, menthol isobaldric acid, menthol, ethyl ester of α-bromoisobaldric acid, acidity regulators (sodium acetate trihydrate, acetic acid), peppermint oil, hop oil. 55% vol. Daily dose (20 drops): peppermint oil 1.4 mg, hop oil 0.2 mg, menthol 21.7 mg, menthyl ester of isobaldric acid 33.1 mg, ethyl ester of bromoisobaldric acid 20.3 mg

Use: Corvalolum is taken orally, regardless of food intake. The recommended dose is 15-30 drops with water or dripped onto a piece of sugar 3 times a day. If necessary (pronounced palpitations and stabbing pain in the heart), a single dose can be increased to 40-50 drops. Children under 12 years of age are not recommended to take the medicine, for elderly people, depending on their general health, it is advisable to reduce the dose.
