Greek Mountain Tea is widely known and highly respected throughout the Mediterranean region, including Greece, as a health-boosting beverage (tea). It has a characteristic lemon and citrus taste. Greek mountain tea is one of the most internationally recognised and best-loved Greek herbs.

To make the drink, place a saucepan of water on the stove and remove from the heat just before boiling. Add the mountain tea to the boil, leave to infuse for 3-4 minutes. 1 tbsp. 1 tablespoon (2g) of tea per 250ml of hot water. Enjoy as a hot or cold drink, with or without honey.

Store in a cool, dark and dry place. May contain traces of nuts, soya, gluten and sesame.
