Produced under “cold extraction” conditions to keep its taste and healthy attributes at a high level.  Balanced taste that harmoniously fits with dishes of our daily diet.

Comes from certified olive groves located in the famous Kolymvari area, in Chania, Crete. Multi-award winning and single-variety, conveys the unique taste features of the traditional Koroneiki variety.

Balance and complexity are the main sensory characteristics of the P.D.O Kolymvari Extra Virgin Olive Oil. With distinguished fruitiness, mildl bitter and medium-intensity spicy, can accompany a variety of gastronomic creations. It features better raw or lightly cooked.

All production stages are certified according to the European standard EU ORGANIC from the olive grove and the producer, to the olive mill and the standardization. We use only naturally sourced nutrients for the olive trees and we apply special care to minimize water usage for irrigation.
