Α different Extra Virgin Olive Oil from the olive groves of the I. Monastery of Panagia Chrysoskalitissi, near Elafonissi, Chania.

In Chrysoskalitissi Monastery the olive groves are cultivated continuously for centuries with tradition, passion and special care for the environment. The olive fruit, which has special characteristics due to the particularities of the area and the dry microclimate, is transported for extraction and bottling to Terra Creta facilities. Its bottle, supports the hard work of the MONASTERY. Enjoy it mainly raw in your everyday meals.

All production stages are certified according to the European standard EU ORGANIC from the olive grove and the producer, to the olive mill and the standardization. We use only naturally sourced nutrients for the olive trees and we apply special care to minimize water usage for irrigation.
