TEARS NATURALE® is used to treat “dry eye” syndrome and related disorders in the form of burning and irritation. The drops are also used to temporarily relieve the discomfort associated with mild irritation caused by contact with the wind or sun. “Dry eye” syndrome: Your tears consist of natural substances in the right proportions, which together form a protective layer on the surface of the eye called the tear film. It constantly protects and moisturises your eyes, allowing them to stay healthy. Some people have too few natural tears. Insufficient tears or tears that do not contain all the necessary substances can cause the tear layer to break down, resulting in dry patches on the surface of the eye. This causes the symptoms of dry, sensitive eyes: eye irritation with a burning sensation, soreness, fatigue, sensitivity to bright light and general malaise.
