Description

R.O.S. flaxseed oil is produced by cold-pressing, which preserves all the biologically active substances. Flaxseed oil contains a large amount of unsaturated fatty acids, including Omega-3. α-linolenic acid contained in flaxseed oil helps maintain normal blood cholesterol levels. The effect of α-linolenic acid in organism comes after a daily intake of 2 g.

A balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle are essential for good health.

1 capsule contains: alpha-linolenic acid (omega-3) 0.114 g, linoleic acid (omega-6) 0.034 g and monounsaturated fatty acids (omega-9) 0.035 g.

9 capsules contain 1.026 g of α-linolenic acid (omega-3), 0.306 g of linoleic acid (omega-6) and 0.311 g of monounsaturated fatty acids (omega-9).

Directions: 3 capsules 3 times a day for adults. The maximum recommended daily dose (9 capsules) contains 1.8 g of flaxseed oil.
