Herbal tea “Opalihovsky”, 40g (20pcs x 2.0g)

Recommended daily dose: 2.0 g of herbal tea – 200 ml of prepared herbal tea per day (St. John’s wort leaves – 0.30 g, linden flowers – 0.30 g, chamomile flowers – 0.30 g, oregano leaves – 0.30 g, thyme leaves – 0 , 30g, mint leaves – 0.26g, sage leaves – 0.24g).

Preparation: Put one sachet of herbal tea (2.0 g) in a cup, aplejiet with 200 ml of boiling water, cover and hold for 15 minutes, during which time periodically squeeze the tea sachet with a teaspoon, at the end squeeze out the excess water.
The prepared herbal tea should be consumed in a warm form in 100 ml twice a day with meals.

Restrictions on use: Not recommended for pregnant or breastfeeding women and children under 18 years of age. Do not use herbal tea ingredients in case of individual intolerance.

Do not use a food supplement as a substitute for a complete and balanced diet. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
