Valerian promotes relaxation and mental well-being during times of tension and stress, helping to manage stress caused by hectic lifestyles. It promotes falling asleep and a good night’s sleep.

Daily dose contains 60-120 mg of valerian extract (3-6 tablets).

Ingredients: magnesium carbonate (stabilizer), sucrose, valerian root extract (Valeriana officinalis L) 2:1, lactose, potato starch, talcum (anti-caking agent), gelatin, silica (emulsifier), titanium dioxide (dye, E171), sunflower seed oil, honey wax (glazing agent), quinoline yellow (dye, E104).

Adults and children over 12 years of age: 1-2 tablets 3 times a day.

Individual intolerance to the components. May cause drowsiness. Caution when driving a car and operating moving machinery. Quinoline yellow may have a negative effect on activity and attention in children.
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose!
Do not use after the expiry date!
Store in the original packaging at room temperature!
Keep out of reach of children!
Do not use as a substitute for a complete and balanced meal!
