Herbal tea Birch buds, 50 g

Description

Ingredients:

Birch buds ( Betula pendula Roth., Betula pubescens Ehrh.)100%.

Recommended daily dose:

2,5 g herbal tea (birch buds) – 200 ml of brewed herbal tea per day.

Preparation:

1 teaspoon (2.5 g) herbal tea is placed in an enamel bowl, pour 200 ml of hot boiled water, heated in a boiling water bath for 15 minutes, cooled at room temperature, strain the remaining raw squeeze. The volume of the resulting infusion bring boiled water to 200 ml.

Prepared herbal tea taken for 1/3 cup 3 times a day 30 minutes before a meal.

It is recommended to shake the herbal tea before use.

Restrictions on use:
Not recommended for use for pregnant and breastfeeding women or children under 12 years of age. Do not use the herbal tea ingredients if you are hypersensitive, have chronic renal insufficiency and acute glomerulonephritis.

Do not use a food supplement as a substitute for a complete and balanced diet. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
