Ortosiphon herbal tea leaves, 30g (20pcs x 2.0g)

Ingredients: orthosiphon leaves (Orthosiphon stamineus Benth.) 100%.

Recommended daily dose: 3 g of herbal tea (orthosyphon leaves) – 200 ml of prepared herbal tea per day.

Preparation:
Put one sachet of herbal tea (1.5 g) in a glass or enameled container, aplejiet with 100 ml of boiling water, cover and hold for 15 minutes, during which time periodically squeeze the tea sachet with a teaspoon, at the end squeeze out the excess water.
Prepared herbal tea should be consumed in a warm form in 100 ml 2 times a day for 20-30 minutes before eating.

Restrictions on use: Not recommended for pregnant or breastfeeding women and children under 18 years of age. Do not use herbal tea ingredients in case of individual intolerance.

Do not use a food supplement as a substitute for a complete and balanced diet. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
