Ingredients:

Sandy everlasting flowers ( Helichrysum arenarium(L.)Moench)100%.

Recommended daily dose:

1,0 g herbal tea ( Helichrysum arenarium(L.)Moench) – 200 ml of brewed herbal tea per day.

Preparation:

2 tablespoon (1,0 g) herbal tea is placed in an enamel bowl, pour 200 ml of hot boiled water, heated in a boiling water bath for 30 minutes, cooled at room temperature, strain the remaining raw squeeze. The volume of the resulting infusion bring boiled water to 200 ml.

The herbal tea should be taken warm, ½ cup 2 times a day 15 minutes before meals.

Restrictions on use:
Not recommended for use for pregnant and breastfeeding women or children under 12 years of age. Do not use the herbal tea ingredients if you have individual intolerance. Do not use herbal tea for gallstones, pancreatitis and exacerbations of gastritis, in case of stomach and duodenal ulcers.

Do not use a food supplement as a substitute for a complete and balanced diet. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
