Description

Ingredients:

Chamomile flower (Matricaria recutita L.) 20%.

Marsh rosemary shoots (Ledum palustre L.) 20%

Marigold flower (Calendula officinalis L.) 20%

Violet shoots (Viola tricolor L.) 20% Licorice roots (Glycycyrrhiza l.)

Licorice roots (Glycyrrhiza glabra L., Glycyrrhiza uralensis Fisch. ) 15%

Peppermint leaves (Mentha piperita L.) 5%

Recommended daily dose:

2,0 g herbal tea – 200 ml of brewed herbal tea per day.

Preparation:

1 teaspoon (2,0 g) herbal tea is placed in an enamel bowl, pour 200 ml of hot boiled water, heated in a boiling water bath for 15 minutes, cooled at room temperature, strain the remaining raw squeeze. The volume of the resulting infusion bring boiled water to 200 ml.

The herbal tea should be taken of 100 ml twice a day before meals.

It is recommended to shake before use.

Duration of use 2-3 weeks.

Restrictions on use:
Not recommended for use for pregnant and breastfeeding women or children under 18 years of age. Do not use herbal tea components if you are hypersensitive. Use carefully if you have high blood pressure.

Do not use a food supplement as a substitute for a complete and balanced diet. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
