Greek Mountain Tea is widely known and highly respected throughout the Mediterranean region, including Greece, as a health drink (tea). It has a distinctive lemon and citrus flavour. Greek Mountain Tea is one of the most internationally recognised and loved Greek herbs.

To prepare the drink, place a pot of water on the hob and remove from the heat moments before boiling. Add the mountain tea to the boiling water and leave to infuse for 3-4 minutes. 1 tbsp (2g) of tea per 250ml of hot water. Enjoy hot or cold, with or without honey.

Store in a cool, dark and dry place. May contain traces of nuts, soya, gluten and sesame.
