Ingredients: Marshmallow root ( Althaea officinalis L., Althaea armeniaca Ten.) 100%

Recommended daily dose:

450 mg of herbal tea (marshmallow root) – 60 ml of brewed herbal tea per day.

Preparation:
Place one teaspoon (1.5 g) of herbal tea in an enamelled bowl, pour 200 ml boiled chilled water over it, place the bowl with the tea in a water bath and heat for 15 minutes, then chill at room temperature and strain. Squeeze the remaining water from the remaining tea grounds. Add boiled water to the resulting tea decoction to 200 ml.

The prepared herbal tea should be taken in 1 tablespoon (20 ml) 3 times a day after meals.
Duration of use 2-3 weeks.

Restrictions on use:
Not recommended for use for pregnant and breastfeeding women or children under 12 years of age. Do not use the herbal tea ingredients if you are hypersensitive.

Do not use a food supplement as a substitute for a complete and balanced diet. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
