The time for receiving the order is 1-3 working days from the moment of placing the order.
Withdrawal of orders is possible after receiving an e-mail and SMS notification from Omniva (depending on your chosen delivery method).

Orders in parcels are stored for 7 days. If orders are not removed within 7 days, they are returned to the warehouse.
Orders cannot be placed by calling the information phone!
The selected delivery address and delivery method cannot be changed after placing the order.
