VISA, MasterCard and Maestro cards
You can pre-pay for items using VISA, MasterCard and Maestro credit and debit cards, which have the option to pay securely online. This feature can be activated in your internet bank.
After entering data about the cardholder, card number, date of its validity and CVV-code, the order amount will be immediately debited from its account.
Bank transaction
Bank transfer can be made to the bank account indicated on the prepayment invoice. When paying the invoice, indicate the order number in the explanation. Payment without a specified number may delay the execution of the order.

Warranty and right of withdrawal:
A guarantee is a promise of the manufacturer or seller to return the amount of money paid for the goods to the consumer, replace the Goods with the corresponding Goods or eliminate the inconsistency of the Goods without remuneration, or take other actions if the Goods do not correspond to the characteristics given in the guarantee or in the advertisement.
The use of the right to guarantee is possible if the Buyer has retained a document certifying the purchase, which, together with the purchased Goods, is presented to the Seller.
The right to refuse is the right of the Buyer (an individual who, in the context of the Consumer Protection Law, is a “consumer”), within 14 days, counting from the day when the Buyer or a third party specified by the Buyer received the Goods, to refuse the Goods in accordance with the Procedure use of the Right to Opt-Out
The Buyer cannot use the Right of Refusal:
– if the statutory period for the return of the goods has expired;
– if the product is made according to the instructions of the consumer or the product is clearly personalized;
– if the product deteriorates quickly or it will soon expire;
– if the consumer has opened the packaging of a product that cannot be returned for health or hygiene reasons;
– if the goods, due to their properties after delivery, are irreversibly mixed with other things;
– if the consumer has purchased over-the-counter medicines, medical products and dietary supplements that require certain storage conditions (restrictions on humidity, light, temperature, etc.).
The Buyer is obliged to immediately, but not later than within 14 days after sending (transferring) the Cancellation Form to the Seller. The Buyer himself must pay the costs associated with the return and dispatch of the Goods.
The Seller returns to the Buyer the payments received from the Buyer, including the delivery costs, if any, in connection with the chosen method of Delivery – Courier delivery, within 30 days from the day when the Seller received the completed Withdrawal form from the Buyer (decision to withdraw from the contract), and when the Seller received back the Goods which the Buyer refused. The Seller returns the said amount of money to the Buyer to the Buyer’s bank account. The Seller has the right to delay the payment of the refund until the Buyer receives the Goods from which the Buyer wishes to refuse.
